Dr. Betti Hertzberg is a Board Certified Pediatrician with three children of her own. According to Dr. Hertzberg, the stress of toilet training is a leading cause of child abuse. This led to Dr. Hertzberg's special interest in research and teaching of effective toilet training techniques.

She has been a featured guest on ABC's "Good Morning America", contributed to parenting magazines, news publications, children's medical books and has taught parenting classes.

Dr. Hertzberg is currently in private practice in Miami, Florida.
